Bruce Raymer is a distinguished Canadian runner and coach with over 25 years of experience transforming athletes at all levels. As a 4-time Canadian Champion and 7-time National Team member, Bruce brings elite-level expertise to every coaching session.
His impressive athletic career includes winning the Ottawa Marathon, setting the Mississauga 5K record, and competing internationally for Canada. In 2025, he earned a silver medal at the Canadian Track Championships, proving his continued excellence in the sport.
Since founding Raymer Running in 2005, Bruce has coached 223 athletes to Boston Marathon qualifying times. His unique "pure endurance" methodology focuses on building a massive aerobic engine through consistent, conversational-pace training—a approach that has proven successful for runners from 5K to marathon distances.
